UNIVERSITY ENTERPRISES, INC. (UEI) Meal/Flex Plan cards are non-transferable and are required for identification. They can only be used at Hornet Hospitality-operated eateries and expire at the end of each semester . Please visit hornethospitality.com for participating locations and hours. No refunds will be issued for unused balances. All sales are final. Meal plans changes are not permitted except for upgrades. Upgrades are allowed anytime, once per semester. Flex$ may only be used for food and non-alcoholic beverages. No gift cards or retail items. Additional Flex$ may be purchased during the term and are subject to the same terms and conditions. To download your virtual meal card, please visit https://connectuei.atriumcampus.com/ and use your credentials to log in. Appropriate attire (shirt and shoes) is required in dining areas. Customers must notify UEI in writing of any changes to name, address, or phone number. Meals must be consumed in the Dining Commons unless using a to-go option.
